You should be ashamed. 40-14, and Utah didn't gain a SINGLE POINT in any major sport. Even if we extend that out to Women's Basketball. Just think...if Utah hadn't upset the BYU Men's Swimming team for the first time in 6 years, your men wouldn't have scored a single point. Hey, you never know. Maybe your baseball team can win the season series for the first time since 1998. At 5-4, Utah is off to its best conference start in a decade.

Women's Softball. It's now 38.5 to 14. And guess what? Your men have scored exactly ONE point in the duel. Absurd.

Utah has been to 1 basketball National Championship-1998. When they played in the NCAA in 1944, it was the 2nd best tournament to the NIT. At that time, the NCAA recieved zero media, it wasn't considered the NC, it was newer than the NIT, it was segregated, and it was played after the NIT because otherwise it couldn't get the teams to participate. Hence, the fact that Utah was blown out in the first round of the NIT by Arkansas, only to go on and win the NCAA, which most of the ranked teams didn't participate in. You bragging on 1944 is like BYU bragging on winning the 1966 NIT. Both were the inferior tourneys at the time BYU and Utah won them.

If you do, I hope it's because a shard of glass broke off from your mug and flew into your eye or something. Let's talk about the players and the matches, and stop the stupid "my guy is gonna beat your guy and dunk in his face while scoring a touchdown" nonsense. What isn't BYU better at? Now that Majerus' bball empire has crumbled into dust, and Dave Rose has taken BYU back up to its Stan Watts' era coached level, the ONLY thing Utah is dominant at is girls gymnastics. Congratulations. BYU owns Utah in every way. Athletically, Academically, in terms of nationwide media draw, facilities, Pro success...you name it. BYU is THE University of Utah.

BYU began playing football in 1922. You must be combining Brigham Young Academy games against Utah with the all-time BYU score. BY Academy seperated into BY High School and BYU in 1903. Prior to that, it was a collection of students ages 12-20. George Albert Smith went there when he was 13. It wasn't a University until 1903, and BYU as a University didn't begin athletics until 1922. I'm not sure why you would want to count games against high school kids in the 1890's....but whatever makes you feel good. As far as not acknowledging years where we aren't good.....you are wrong again. I'm pretty sure that most BYU fans will readily admit that we were horrific at Football before the early 70's. For pete's sake, we had just 1 conference title (1965) in our first 52 years of football, compared to 22 conference titles in the last 36 seasons. We had zero ranked finishes prior to 1977, and 17 ranked finishes in the last 33 seasons. C'mon...saying that we don't acknowledge that we were bad is simply absurd. Alright, ND used to be good, and TCU was National Champs in 1938. Now tell me, what is more relevant: TCU's 1938 national title, or Alabama's 2009 title? Of course history matters. TCU has an awesome history. History is what makes college sports so great. But, there is no denying that what happened last season is more relevant than what happend 60 years ago. For that matter, Ohio St.'s 2002 title is more relevant than BYU's 1984 championship. The point is that chronology makes a difference. So you used to be better than us. Way better. I'll give you credit for that. But over the more recent history, we own you. And that's why I say, 26-12 since Lavell became coach.

First of all Utah sucks. Second of all, BYU (Brigham Young University) rocks. 3rd of all U fans means under wear. Now that thats taken care of lets get to the juicy stuff. Ute's didn't get even into the tournament, (If you don't know what tournament I'm talking about your a Ute fan) BYU already beat there first round, they might make it to the elite 8.
